NICU infants at Carilion Children’s wear handmade Halloween costumes

Staff members and volunteers from Carilion’s Family Advisory Board, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital, got together to create handmade Halloween costumes this week for infants in the neonatal intensive care unit!
