A historic rocket launch anticipated!

Radar scans this morning show a few showers and storms starting to work their way into parts of West Virginia. As we continue to see storms developing, the coverage will be scattered at best, but a few of these storms could pack a punch.

While conditions appear favorable for Artemis II's launch, there's still a few factors meteorologists are watching closely before it's all systems go.

Your out-the-door forecast looks stunning this morning! We will stay mostly clear and warm as highs reach into the lower 80s, but a few isolated showers can’t be ruled out this afternoon. It would be good to pack the umbrella just in case!
