Youth and Gang Violence Program bringing down violence and shootings among Roanoke’s youth

The initial goal of the Youth and Gang Violence program - a program that is part of the City of Roanoke - started off simple. However, it has evolved to become something more, dealing with kids educationally, judicially, environmentally and communally.
