Wytheville’s Main Street was among the top 8 Main Street Communities nationally. This was spearheaded by Downtown Wytheville Inc. who have helped reinvigorate the area since it was founded in 2014.

Four have been charged after a drug bust in Wythe County, according to the Wythe County Sheriff’s Office.

All schools in the Town of Wytheville will be closing early Thursday morning (Oct. 20) due to a water main break.
