For over 20 years years, the property at 12th and Kemper in Lynchburg sat empty. Now, it’s at the center of a project to bring jobs and services back to the neighborhood.

Two years after Kingston Campbell's tragic death from a stray bullet, the community continues to seek justice with increased surveillance and a reward for information.

The Lynchburg Peacemakers, a group that seeks to end violence and conflict in the community, reports that they have installed more than 110 cameras across the city.
