New Orleans jail escapee Derrick Groves, who spent nearly five months on the run before being recaptured in Georgia, agreed to be returned to Louisiana during an appearance before a Fulton County magistrate judge.

The U.S. Marshals say the only escaped inmate who remained on the run after breaking out of a New Orleans jail in May has been captured.
