Finding the time to get a workout right now is either much easier or much harder. 20 burpees -- From a standing position, place your hands on the floor between your feet, jump your feet back to a full plank, do a pushup, hop back up on your feet and jump up. Jump rope or high knees -- Instead of counting reps here, you can set a timer. Try one complete minute of jumping rope or high knees for each set.
