The Roanoke College baseball community is mourning the loss of player Eddie Kaufman, who died this week following a nearly two-year battle with leukemia.

Roanoke student and baseball player Eddie Kaufman passed Tuesday after a courageous battle with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, the Roanoke College Athletics Facebook page has reported.

Roanoke College is banding together to help one of its own by hosting a bone marrow registry drive tomorrow, April 16.
