Danville Transit announced Thursday that it would be offering free bus services citywide on Election Day, Tuesday Nov. 4.

As runners get ready to lace up for the Three Sisters Marathon races on Friday, Sept. 5, and Saturday, Sept. 6, there are several street closures to keep in mind.

Danville is conduction a survey on whether the public wants regional bus service.

Danville Transit will offer free bus service in the city of Danville on Tuesday for Election Day.

If you don’t have a way to get to the polls on Election Day, there are a few ways you can score a free or discounted ride.
