It includes a Hobbit Holeโ€™s signature round wood door. โ€œIโ€™m not just a casual fan, Iโ€™m a huge fan," said Parrish. "Weโ€™re coming up with what we hope will be the coolest hobbit home on the east coast.โ€The hobbit hole home is expected to be finished in about two months. Parrish and his wife havenโ€™t decided how much theyโ€™ll charge per night to stay there.
