FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. – Franklin County Sheriff’s Office announced on Saturday that they are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing teen.
Authorities said 16-year-old Harley Hall was last seen on Thursday at about 10:30 p.m., leaving her home on Finch Lane in Rocky Mount. Investigators found the last known location of her cell phone was near the 1800 block of Franklin Road in Roanoke around 6:30 a.m. on Friday, September 19.

Harley is reported to be a white woman, around 5 feet tall, weighing around 150 lbs, and her hair is currently dyed blue. She has facial piercings and a tattoo on her left arm of a phoenix/heart.
Harley is not reported to have any known medical issues, but she is a young mother, and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office said it is important to verify her well-being. Her child is reportedly safe and in the care of her family.
