The City of Radford is hosting two public meetings this week to gather community input on how to allocate more than $160,000 in federal grant funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The Roanoke County Department of Planning has announced that it has withdrawn its rezoning application for Poage Valley Road on Friday.

The Hollins Center Plan was adopted as an amendment to the county's comprehensive plan back in 2020.

The county will have a series of meetings throughout the 11 community planning areas
