Liberty Officials have issued an alert for a reported bomb threat at the Large Traffic Circle near Williams Stadium on Tuesday night. Officials are urging the public to avoid the area and follow the authorities’ instructions.
The emergency alert was issued just past 10:30 p.m. Tuesday night.
